Disney on Ice came back to Hershey last week and so, obviously, we bought tickets as soon as they went on sale and planned a date with our own little Princess Laila. Any excuse to wear her Belle dress and she’s in! 🙂 For those of you who do not know me personally, I have been on the ice almost as long as I’ve been walking. My dad was a hockey player and had both me and my brother on the ice as soon as he could. It was such a fun and special bond that we had, and I’m so glad to be able to pass that love onto my own children. I’ve enjoyed photographing a few of our own Red Rose Figure Skating Club’s shows in the past and this was no different. Its going to be a few years until we take our kids to the real Disney World, so for now, this will have to do. We had such a great time together and can’t wait until the next one. Its always fun when you know someone skating in the show too!
Sorry for the waaaaaay over-share, but I can’t help it. 🙂
Were any of you at the show? Feel free to leave a comment below this post…I’d love to hear how you and your kids liked it!
I probably took the most pics of Belle and Arial since they are Laila’s favorite princesses
This was really cool!
There’s Marcus! 🙂
Death Spiral (the spin)…one Pairs element that I always wanted to do and never did since I was always an individual skater. I think its so pretty!
The dragon…my mom warned me that she heard that it had been scaring some of the kids. Laila did jump when he came out!
For all of my photographer friends, I love all of the starbursts here where the fire is sparking!
He was pretty serious!
More Marcus Faves 🙂
Look who we ran into…Love these girls!!!
Our own little sleeping beauty, who never takes naps anymore, slept the whole way home. What a perfect day we had together!
